Leadership
Stuart Kay has twenty-five years experience in leading companies and initiatives towards commercially-optimised operations of real assets. He possesses deep and wide-ranging knowledge of technical real estate and sustainability fields, with experience across portfolio and asset-level decarbonisation, ESG strategy, asset plan optimisation, energy efficiency, building infrastructure, asset repositioning/re-purposing, program direction, cost and procurement management, interior architecture/fitout, urban design/landscape architecture. He has advised investors, asset managers, operators, corporates and government across major real estate asset classes, infrastructure and city planning for both existing assets and new development. He has been a pioneer in the energy efficiency and decarbonisation fields in Asia.
Prior to his work at panacea. he most recently acted as both Chief Sustainability Officer and Managing Director at GreenPlace as a co-founder of the business. Previous experience includes acting as a Director at KPMG, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Project Group Asia, Director and Head of Project Management - North Asia at Cushman and Wakefield, and Project Director at ISG Asia. Prior, he worked in roles of project direction/management, urban design and landscape architecture for both private practices and government.
Stuart has acted in several industry representational roles and currently acts as a Board Director of Sport and Sustainability International. He is a published author on his fields of expertise and regular participant and speaker at industry events.
